SPEAKERS

Barbara Weg, CSCP

Barbara is the founder of Weg3 LLC, a strategic supply chain advisory firm supporting manufacturers in strengthening resilience, improving efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making. She provides analytical and advisory services that help organizations evaluate their current supply chain state and implement practical, risk-informed strategies aligned with business and operational objectives.

As a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Barbara advises manufacturers on supplier sourcing strategy and supplier relationship frameworks, including market intelligence, supplier identification and qualification, and objective evaluation of suppliers against client-defined technical, commercial, and risk criteria. Her work also includes supply chain risk assessment and prioritization to support disruption preparedness, continuity planning, and long-term resilience.

In addition, Barbara is an ASCM/APICS Certified Instructor who designs and delivers structured training programs focused on identifying knowledge gaps and supporting workforce reskilling and upskilling across procurement, supply chain, and operations teams.


Kathy McIntyre 

Kathy is the Senior Business Development Manager at Roadmap 4 Innovation (R4I) (a 501(c) 3). She leads field operations to expand economic opportunity for California manufacturers and the communities they serve. With more than 40 years of experience across Fortune 100 companies, small businesses, and her own manufacturing venture, Kathy brings a deep understanding of what manufacturers need to grow, modernize, and remain competitive.

Her background includes operational leadership, engineering design, Lean transformation, workforce development, compliance, and large-scale improvement initiatives across aerospace, biotech, electronics, apparel, food processing, and other sectors. Prior to R4I, she provided hands-on technical and strategic support to more than 500 manufacturers through CMTC.

Kathy now drives R4I’s mission to ensure manufacturers—especially those in underserved regions—have access to the expertise, training, and support necessary to inspire innovation, create high-quality jobs, and strengthen California’s economic resilience.
