Road2Conference - California’s New Mandatory Climate Reporting Regulations: What, Why, Who, How, and When?

THIS WEBINAR IS PART OF OUR ROAD 2 CONFERENCE - A webinar series leading up to our San Diego Supply Chain Conference 2026
The time has arrived for publicly and privately held California-based large corporations, and their supply chain partners, to report their progress in reducing GHG emissions to combat climate change. There are two specific regulations: one focuses on GHG emissions status, and the other on risk disclosure to the investor community.
This interactive discussion/presentation will address the questions regarding the regulations: “what, why, who, how, and when”. It is an executive-level, 360-degree view of the core objective of the new reporting obligations, including their SME supplier chain partners. We’ve put our “mind-reader” hat on and will also address this question: “Is this set of new regulations an additional burden, or just the cost-of-doing business, or a competitive advantage?”
